Every woman has a bag. Bag is very important for woman. I also like bag. But  am not collect it. I have one bag which is I like most. This bag is special to me. My mom gives this bag for. Me for my birthday gift. I use this bag to put important things in there.


People use their bag to keep their things. I also do that. I don’t bring my bag to school. I just use it for go window shopping or holiday. Like many others people, I keep my wallet there. Sometimes I keep my cell phone there also. But I often keep it in my jean’s pocket. When I go to mall or supermarket, I put my key bag’s pocket.

My bag color is red. My mother knows that red is one of my favorite color. The bag has two pockets in front. It just a small pocket. I usually use that pocket to keep money or parking ticket. There are also two pockets beside. But I seldom to use it for keeping anything. It is not to safe to keep money or things there.

Many people choose their own bag depend on their needed. They buy a bag for school, use it to work or just bring it like on accessory. Bag is one of an important accessories for woman now. We can find bag in many shapes and colors. And also in a different price.

Because I like my bag, I bring it everywhere I go. Except to school. This bag is simple and doesn’t have many accessories there. I thank to my mom because she buys this bag for me. And sometimes my mom also uses this bag to work.

The body of this text contains three parts which are stated in the second, the third, and the fourth paragraph.

There are two ideas presented in the second paragraph, the function of the bag and the pocket that makes the supporting ideas do not focus on one thing. Moreover, the student does the same mistake by using the word people that indicates a general thing, not a specific thing.

It means that there are two ideas in a paragraph, but the first idea does not have any supporting ideas. The second idea has some supporting details as seen on the underlined sentences.

 

 

 

Still, in the fourth paragraph, the student uses the word people. The paragraph is also like an introduction, not a body paragraph of the descriptive composition.

My Precious Smash 

Someone asked me, “What do you prefer, driving a car or riding a motorcycle?” I answered riding a motorcycle. Probably most of people will choose driving a car. A car is more comfortable and prestige than a motorcycle. You don’t have to feel hot when the sun shines or you don’t get wet when rain comes. I agree that cars are more comfortable than motorcycle, but I still prefer to ride a motorcycle. There are a lot of advantages of motorcycle. It is faster, Cheaper, and the most important thing that I don’t have to spend more time in traffic jam. Motorcycles are smaller than cars so we can find space to run away from the traffic.

Even though my father provides me a car at home, I always ride my motorcycle to campus. My blue black Suzuki smash. I take a good care of it, and also was hit by myself. My smash is very convenient and fast. It is 110 cc with blue color on the some parts and also black color on the other side. The police number of it is l 2004 JM some people said that the number is very good and easy to remember


I do many things to take care of my smash and also make it more beautiful. I wash it every week and I also put some stickers on it. There’re stickers of the initial name of my favorite football player, Peter crouch. There are P and C Stickers on left and right side of the smash body. There’s also a Liverpool FC sticker on the black side. Liverpool is my favorite football club. And there’s some bullet stockers on some part of it.

Unfortunately there are also scratches on my precious smash. It has fell twice so far, because I wasn’t carefully on the street. The other good things about my smash are the write light and the seat. It has white light both in the center light and also in the left and right. The seat is also comfortable, because I changed it with the new one. There’s one funny thing about my smash. It is the gas meter. The gas meter is error. On other motorcycle there are E and F, empty and it’s error. But I still love smash because it is fast and also comfortable.

From the first beginning paragraph, the writer is like comparing two things and declares it together with the reasons. She compares driving a car and riding motorcycle. Then, she prefers riding motorcycle to driving a car. It is not the identification of the descriptive text. It is like the beginning paragraph of a discussion text.

Even though my father provides me a car at home, I always ride my motorcycle to campus. My blue black Suzuki smash. I take a good care of it, and also wash it by myself. My smash is very convenient and fast. It is 110 cc with blue color on the some parts and also black color on the other side. The ideas of the second, the third, and the fourth paragraph are mixed. From the underlined black sentences, the writer states the same idea about what she does to take care of her motorcycle. While in the italic sentences, the writer describes the specific appearances of the motorcycle. Those ideas mentioned should be put together accordance with each same main idea to be better read and stay focus in coherence.

Moreover, in the fourth paragraph, there is a contrast. It is showed by the red colored sentences. On the first sentence, she says that there are scratches on her motorcycle which indicates the bad thing. Yet, on the second sentence, she tells the other good things about it.

      In conclusion, we can see that there is no main idea in each paragraph which can be described by supporting details.  So, the body paragraphs are not well arranged.

This year . 2009, Indonesia is introduced to BlackBerry, as we know Black Berry has a short name, BB. BB has so many type. From curve, Javelin, Bold, Strom, Tour and the one Gemini. The price is also different. As I know, Bold is around 5 Million Rupiahs, Curve is not produced anymore, Javelin is about 4 Million Rupiahs, Gemini is about 2 – 3 Million Rupiahs and it is cheapest one, for Strom and Tour I don’t know about the princes.


Well, mine is Bold, my brother bought it just 4,1 Million Rupiahs, because it’s the second hand. The ex – owner bought it and did not know how to use it and then he sold it. Not, It is mine. I love my bibi very much, Bibi is my BB’s name, I call it like that. For the provider, I use Axis. It’s really cheap; I just spend 100.000 Rupiahs for a month for BB’s activation. I can connect to the internet for a month and I can use BB Messenger, It uses for chat to the other BB’s owners.

My Bibi appearance is still good, no scratch, the track ball is still white, it wears black silicon and I have another silicon at home, blue and yellow. I put a screen guard on it too and my screen guard can used as a mirror. No one van take a look to what I look on my screen because the screen guard also protects my screen from spies. It is cool ! The silicon spent 150.000 Rupiahs and the screen spent 50.000 Rupiahs. Those things made me spent a lot of money. My friends have the funny name for this condition. They call it “ Kan.Ker”as known as” Kantong – Kering”.

Now I want to talk about the function of BB. It has 2 MP for the camera, 8 GB for the external memory, Push email, Connect to Facebook, my space, or Twitter, Check the weather, Chat to the other BB’s owners, And etc. Push email is very useful, You do not have to open your computer and connect to the net for check your email, every time you’ve got the new email, you can open it at your BB. Connect to Facebook is Useful too, You do not have to waiting for the long loading look like when you open from your computer or cell phone, Chat to the other BB’s owners is to wait like send messages like from cell phone.

Wow! BB has so many Functions. As long as we can use it for the good purposes. Every people can be addicted to BB if they don’t know to separate their time between works and learn how to use BB. So, don’t you want to use BB?

The writer misses an ending (conclusion). It is such a hortatory composition. It can be seen from the last sentence of the paragraph as the recommendation which is usually used in the hortatory composition.
